Quick and Easy Corn Pudding Recipe

Jiffy Corn Pudding Recipe

If you are looking for an easy recipe for corn pudding you are in luck. This is an updated version of grandma's old fashioned corn pudding. We have figured out a way to eliminate all of the hard work, without losing any of granny's great taste. We are sure that you will love this easy corn pudding recipe just as much as our family does.      

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter (melted)
8 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup cream corn
1 cup white whole corn
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tsp. of sugar


Directions:
 (preheat oven to 350 degrees)

Step 1.  Mix melted butter, and Jiffy corn muffin mix together.                                                                
Step 2.  Next add in all the rest of your ingredients, and mix well.

Step 3.  Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish.

Step 4.  Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes.

Serve warm with butter.
