Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of onions diced small
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt, pepper
- 1/2 cup of parsley
- Town House type crackers
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except parsley, and crackers)
- Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed until well mixed
- Cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Shape mixture into ball, and roll in parsley, until completely covered, refrigerate for an additional 3 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator, place on serving platter, and surround with crackers.
- This can be made up to a week in advance.
