Looking for a great way to use up some left over chicken? This is a basic chicken salad recipe, that even the kids will love! If you find an ingredient that you don't like don't worry, just replace it with the amount for something that you do like. This recipe can also be used with turkey instead of chicken. Okay, let's move on to our best chicken salad sandwich recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups of chicken (chopped)
1/2 cup of mayo
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. ranch dressing
1/4 cup of dill relish
1/2 cup of onion (chopped)
1/2 cup of celery (chopped)
2 boiled eggs if desired (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, and mix well.
Spread over toast, bread, or your favorite crackers and enjoy!

Home Cooked-Egg Salad
Egg Salad sandwiches
This was always great for a quick home cooked lunch.
Ingredients:
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped fine
1 tbsp. sweet relish
1/4 cup of mayo
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. preparred mustard
Add all ingredients together and mix well. Spread between two slices of bread.
serving size: 4-6 sandwiches.

- 1 1/2 cups of cooked, chopped, chicken
- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of dill relish
- 1 small onion, diced finely
Mix all ingredients together, spread chicken salad on each side of bread. This is a great way to use left over chicken!
