Chicken and Tator Bake

Try this when your short on time....

Ingredients:

2 cups of chicken cubed (preferably left over)
3 pkgs. of chicken gravy mix or 3 cans
1 box of instant mashed potatoes
1 can of Laseur sweet baby peas
18 oz. cup of shredded cheese


Directions:

1. Make instant mashed potatoes by the directions on the box

2. Place mash potatoes in a 13x9x2

3. Make or heat up gravy over medium heat, add chicken, heat until warm

4. Pour gravy and chicken mix over mashed potatoes, and add peas

5. Top with shredded cheese, bake in oven on 325 degrees for 20 minutes

This dish feeds 6 people
