Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 pounds of hamburger meat
- 2 # bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- lg. can of stewed tomatoes
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 large can beef broth
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 whole bay leaves
- In a skillet over medium heat brown hamburger meat, and onion together. When finished drain and add to large soup pot or large crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients, and cover with beef broth and water. (just enough water to cover the top)
- Let cook on medium low for at least four hours, stir occasionally.
