INGREDIENTS
1 # frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter melted
2 1/2 cups of Rice Chex, crushed
1 sm. onion
1 8oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 cups of cooked cut up chicken
- Grease 2 qrt. shallow baking dish. Break up hash browns, in large bowl.
- Add chicken, sour cream, soup, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in large bowl; stir thoroughly.
- Pour into baking dish. Mix crushed cereal, and butter together; sprinkle over potatoe mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
