Homemade Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 whole uncooked chicken
- 4 chicken bullion cubes
- carrots (diced)
- celery (sliced thin)
- 1 medium onion (chopped fine)
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Pasta (if desired)
- Place chicken in large stock pot, and cover with water, add bullion cubes, boil for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken, place in a seperate bowl, and let cool for 10 minutes. Pick chicken off of the bone, and add to broth.
- Add vegetables, and pasta, boil on high for an additional 10 minutes.
